Amy and I just want to say "thank you" again for the successful sale of our house. Our only regret, of course, is that we didn't turn to you when we first put the house on the market -a year ago. But then we probably would not have appreciated as much as we do the pleasure that it has been to work with you since we did first sit down together in early September.

At every stage you have been understanding and responsive to our wishes. After a year and a series of several other real estate agents, we were more than a little jaded about the whole process. But your warmth and enthusiasm, and obvious experience helped us to accept your advice and strong recommendations, particularly about bringing the price down to "find the market", even though you knew that we were reluctant to do so. We knew that we were racing the calendar, both to catch the autumn "window", and to keep ahead of what is surely a market in continuing decline.

As it worked out, the family that bought the house appears to share our strong love of the place, and that means a great deal to us. We know that your efforts helped to make the deal possible in the first place, and your rapid and effective follow up were critical in sealing it.

We wish you and all at Llewellyn continued success in working with others during the coming months, and will be sure to encourage our friends who may enter the market to work with you.
